A&T provide a complete package of iPads, Technicians and WiFi equipment. We work in the build up to your event to create a fully branded event app and support onsite throughout the meeting. Post event we will create a detailed meeting report so you can analyse results
Paperless conferences
Our sytem utilises the high resolution iPad screen to display a live mirrored view of the meeting slides for closer analysis. The integrated PDF viewer displays a variety of meeting content such as agendas, welcome letters and product guides
Rich interactive features
Our system uses 'push technology' to change the iPad screens and display a variety of polling questions and feedback. This improves participation rates and helps focus the audience on the current topic. Graphs, Wordclouds and Text walls help visualise the data for on stage analysis
Bring your own device
For lower budget meetings where a dedicated iPad is not possible, we can offer a 'bring your own device' service. This solution makes use of the delegates own phones and existing venue wifi to collect polling and feedback data. Webinars focus on the speakers and their content. Sometimes however it’s nice to invite guests to participate in the conversation. Attendees can put up a virtual hand by clicking on the menu bar and be allowed to come on screen and join in with the presenters.
Questions and answers
The feature rich Q&A function allows delegates to ask questions throughout the meeting. Questions can be viewed and addressed either privately or publicly. A moderator can sit in on the meeting and reply to questions in real time.
Easy speaker control
A simple to use admin console allows speakers to interact with and control the webinar. PowerPoints and PDFs can be uploaded, displayed, and advanced within the control panel. Polling can be triggered and results displayed live.
